FIREMIKS in the Field: Reliable Proportioning for Fire Brigades and Mobile Units

See How FIREMIKS Adapts Automatically in Dynamic Firefighting Operations

Wide Range of Flow Capacities

Compact models from 180 to 10,000 lpm — optimized for fire trucks, foam carts, and mobile skids

FIREMIKS offers a broad selection of flow sizes suitable for mobile firefighting operations, from 180 lpm up to 10,000 lpm. Intermediate sizes include 450, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1800, 2400, 3200, 4500, 6000, and 8000 lpm, with custom flow capacities available on request.

The compact design makes FIREMIKS easy to integrate into fire trucks, foam trailers, portable skids, or semi‑fixed setups that can be quickly disconnected for mobile use.

One FIREMIKS — Multiple Nozzles

Stable, accurate proportioning with any hose layout, nozzle type, or flow variation

FIREMIKS gives emergency services a highly adaptable dosing system that maintains precise, even mixing across a wide range of pressures, flows, hose lengths, and nozzle configurations.

Multiple nozzles can operate independently
Rapid opening/closing or pulsating flow does not affect mixing stability
Mixing remains consistent regardless of height differences or hose length
Much lower pressure drop than venturi/inductor systems → significantly longer throw
Fully functional even at low inlet pressures, e.g., 3–4 bar from a hydrant

Compatible with all nozzle types, including:

Variable‑flow spray nozzles
Low‑ and medium‑expansion foam pipes

Mobile units are equipped with an inlet filter for additional protection in field environments.

Suitable for High‑Viscosity and Fluor‑Free (SFFF) Foams

Two pump technologies optimized for modern mobile firefighting needs

FIREMIKS supports a wide viscosity range, including the latest SFFF (Synthetic Fluorine‑Free Foam) concentrates—now increasingly required for municipal and industrial firefighting.
Piston pump models

For viscosities from 1 cP to 5,000–6,000 cP
Excellent for wide‑flow‑range operations, especially when several nozzles are used
Ideal when flow rates vary significantly during an incident

Gear pump models

For viscosities up to 8,000 cP*
Highly effective for high‑flow applications such as fire monitors, high‑volume hoses, and full‑flow operations

*Viscosity measured at 30 rpm with Brookfield viscometer, spindle #4.
